Amy Supple
The Edgewater
Ms. Supple is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer (SVP-COO) of The Edgewater Hotel Company in Madison, Wisconsin. Ms. Supple joined The Edgewater’s operating team in January 2015, where she oversees operations, with specific focus on strategic planning, business development, guest experience and financial oversight of the operating company and assets. Ms. Supple also leads the expansion of the business through strategic initiatives, as well as brand and systems development.
Prior to joining the Edgewater, Ms. Supple was a Senior Vice President and Development Director at Hammes Company, a national real estate development and services firm based in Wisconsin. From 2011 – 2014, Ms. Supple provided leadership to the Destination Medical Center (DMC) Initiative, a $5.5 billion dollar economic development initiative undertaken in partnership between the Mayo Clinic, the State of Minnesota and the City of Rochester, MN.
In addition to the DMC Initiative, Ms. Supple has been involved in more than $3 billion of development projects, including leading the pre-development efforts for The Edgewater Hotel project which required navigating a complex set of entitlement issues, including winning a legal challenge in the Supreme Court of the State of WI.

Before joining Hammes Company in 2001, Ms. Supple spent six years with The John Buck Company in Chicago, IL, where her last assignment was as the Leasing Manager for the North Bridge District, a 9-block retail and entertainment district anchored by a Nordstrom Mall on Michigan Avenue.
