The Edgewater

Kelleye Heydon serves as Director of The Edgewater Spa and has spent over 20 years in the spa industry as a director/manager, retail buyer and skin care representative.  She joined The Edgewater 2 years ago from Washington State where she worked in some of the finest resort properties in the northwest, including The Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort.

Kelleye specializes in offering guests exceptional experiences and will be overseeing all operations of The Edgewater Spa including their treatment offerings and retail boutique.  Her focus is on creating unique and relevant services that highlight signature Madison and Wisconsin favorites as well as providing excellent guest service and team training.  She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Recreation Management, and started her career at a resort in Central Oregon planning activities and managing the pool.  Shortly after she was asked to take over the failing spa and has since led turnaround efforts for the historic Washington Athletic Club and InSpa.  She proudly serves on the International Spa Associate Board of Directors.

Kelleye and her husband live in Cross Plains and when not at work she has a love for football, the Madison food scene, and travel.
