Karla Marie Coaching

Karla is a Leadership Coach working with women in the tech industry.  After 8 years of working with prominent tech companies throughout the US, she realized that the traditional management path wasn’t for her.  While deciding on her next step, she saw an opportunity to help other women in the industry who were struggling with imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs.  As a coach, Karla is now driven to help women realize their power, create positive relationships with themselves, and become more confident so that they can have an incredible impact on the industry and their communities.

Karla is originally from Pennsylvania but has lived in Madison for over 10 years and now calls it home.  She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Communications and is certified as a coach through the Accomplishment Coaching Training Program.  Karla loves reading, yoga, the outdoors, and traveling.
